• Minimum loan size £50k

• Maximum loan size £7m+

• Residential and mixed use security

• Land with/without planning considered

• Max LTV 85% MV

• LTV based on lower of market value or purchase

• Minimum property value £50k

• England & Wales locations only

• Realistic and viable exit
